Shared Memories Project – Digitization Open House

The Alamosa Public Library is happy to present our new digitization lab, courtesy of the Pueblo City-County Library District and the Mellon Foundation. Come explore these tools to preserve:

• Photos and documents
• Slides and film
• Floppy discs
• 8mm and Super8 film

In honor of Veterans’ Day, we especially encourage users to bring their photos and film related to the Armed Forces. Anyone willing can have their files copied and uploaded to shared website, to help communities across Colorado share their unique memories. This equipment will be available for personal consultation.
