An event every 2 weeks that begins at 4:00 pm on Friday, repeating indefinitely
Lucy is a friendly, four-year-old Goldendoodle who would love to meet you! She and her human, Donna, are a Pet Therapy Team certified by the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Lucy is an excellent listener and she loves to enjoy books with young readers. If you are just beginning your journey as a reader or are working to improve your read-aloud skills, Lucy will be in the Story Room at Alamosa Public Library ready to listen and encourage you. Request a 15 minute session with Lucy by calling Alamosa Library at 719-589-6592, in-person at the library’s front desk or by using the online request form. Spots are limited, but don’t worry. Lucy loves listening to you read, and she’ll be back again soon.
