Lucy’s Listening: A Reading Dog Program

FIRST AND 3RD FRIDAYS OF EACH MONTH AT 2PM
Lucy is a friendly, four-year-old Goldendoodle who would love to meet you! She and her human, Donna, are a Pet Therapy Team certified by the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Lucy is an excellent listener and she loves to enjoy books with young readers. If you are just beginning your journey as a reader or are working to improve your read-aloud skills, Lucy will be at the Alamosa Public Library ready to listen and encourage you. Request a 15 minute session with Lucy in-person at the library’s front desk or by calling Sage at 719-589-6592 ext. 2550.
