Family Fun with Rocky Mountain Puppets – Special Showtime! 4 p.m.
Award-Winning Ventriloquist, Meghan Casey, joins us for a special showing of “Expedition Underground” at 4:00 p.m. (There will be no Family Fun event at 10 a.m. today.)
“After months of preparation, Meghan and Aidan are finally embarking on their quest to uncover rare fossils in a mysterious cave, but they got more than they bargained for after an earthquake hit trapping them INSIDE the cave! The duo discovered an ancient petroglyph drawing that appears to be a map with puzzles that needed to be solved in order to make it to the cave exit. One wrong move and they could fall into a dangerous trap. Everyone involved will need to work together and harness their Indiana Jones alter-ego to make it out safely during this “Expedition Underground.”
This event will take place in Cole Park, just outside of the Library. Volunteers will be on hand for participants in the Read for Beads program, so bring your reading log and bead chain!

This event takes place outdoors. Shade tents will be set up in the park, but items like picnic blankets, sunscreen and bug spray may make the event even more enjoyable!
