Why am I unable to place a hold on the item I found in the catalog?

The Library that owns the item may not be lending the item out. You may fill out our ILL request form and we can try to get it from another source.

School Libraries close during the summer months. They lend their items out during the school year.

Some Libraries do not lend out certain items, like New books or Movies

There is a limit of 10 holds on your account at one time.

If you have already requested 10 items, you will not be able to place more items on hold.

How long will it take to get here?

Time varies. Most items will arrive within 7-14 days. If your item is taking longer, contact us and we will investigate what is happening.

How long can I check the item out for?

Items from other libraries now follow our check out rules.

How many items can I request?
